Strengths Focused Training (SFT)
Starting with what's good
A recent Gallup study found that 85% of employees working for an organization who focuses on employee strengths plan to stick around - for at least the next 12 months.
This study also identified that employees who regularly work from their strengths are 8% more productive than their counterparts, contributing to a 15% drop in turnover (Gallup, 2017).
Strengths Focused Training (SFT) is most known as an approach to physical exercise associated with building muscle via resistance. Our perspective is that SFT is also a constructive approach to developing talent.
S@W considers the mind ((brain) to be a muscle in consistent need of strengthening and conditioning. Get to know how we believe SFT is suited for building tomorrow's talent:

-
SFT provides employees an opportunity to learn more about who they are professionally (assets & areas of opportunity).
-
SFT supports employers in efforts to lead talent proactively (vs. training as a correction action) discovering and maximizing skills, talent, and potential.
-
SFT can offer insight into areas of opportunity for workforce planning and organizational development.
